We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase on the packing slip that accompanies each order. Great Finds are arriving daily as we locate new merchandise for our customers. Our 30-day return policy gives you time to return a purchase while helping us keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season. Accepted returns must be in their original purchase condition, including original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, tags and all accessories. Tags must be attached and intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturers containers, must be unmarked and in their original condition. Items purchased as a set or multi-item pack must be returned together. All accepted returns must meet this criteria and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. We do not accept returns on items without a RMA number, have been worn, tags removed, altered, washed, dry cleaned, damaged, perfumed or original packaging defaced. Please take the following steps to return merchandise. - Carefully pack the merchandise for return and include the original packing slip.

Damaged/Defective Goods We are committed to selling quality merchandise and securely packaging it for shipping. We employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within two (2) business days of receiving the order at customerservice@extremetweens.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
