Accepted returns must be in their original purchase condition, including original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, tags and all accessories. Tags must be attached and intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturers containers, must be unmarked and in their original condition. Items purchased as a set or multi-item pack must be returned together. All accepted returns must meet this criteria and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return postage is paid by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Items lost in transit that are being returned to ExtremeTweens are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns on items without a RMA number, have been worn, tags removed, altered, washed, dry cleaned, damaged, perfumed or original packaging defaced. Please take the following steps to return merchandise. - Carefully pack the merchandise for return and include the original packing slip.
