We ship all purchases via UPS or USPS, our preferred carriers Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays.  We encourage combined shipping on multiple orders that qualify for Standard Delivery within the continential United States.  All items do not qualify for combined shipping.   Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization and verification. Billing and shipping addresses MUST be the same on all orders.  We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes.  We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified.  All orders over $250 require a signature.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Delivery

• You can expect delivery in 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday not including holidays).  

Express Delivery

• You can expect delivery within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday not including holidays).
• Please allow 1- 2 business days for your order to be processed when considering express delivery. All orders are subject to verification, which could delay the processing time.  Express delivery will get your package to you the day after processing.  When selecting overnight delivery please keep in mind there is no weekend or holiday delivery. 

International Shipping & Handling

• We ship to Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, Germany, Japan, North & South America and the United Kingdom.  Duties & Taxes are buyers responsibility.  
• Billing and shipping addresses MUST match for international orders.
• International orders MUST use a paid email address that can be verified
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified.

Sales Tax

• The law requires us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order's "ship-to" address, in those states or jurisdictions where our store is located.   Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to the state of Illinois.
